Fika is the Swedish tradition where you take time out of your day to live in the moment and enjoy a hot drink and a snack. It's not just about savouring a good cuppa. Fika is a ritual that's important in Swedish culture, giving yourself a moment to have a break and socialize. we believe we need this more and more in our own culture.
Owner and pastry chef, Angela, graduated culinary school in 2010 and started a market stand in 2015 to help afford groceries. Fika is finally trying to grow after years of not being able to and looking to open a space by spring 2026
